Project goal: To increase the innovative potential of UAB Printlog in order to accelerate business development
Project activities:
Achieved high level of printer service management of the Project Executor on the basis of IT and the available technical base create preconditions for the implementation of algorithms for artificial intelligence learners from already digitized processes.
The project will create an "IT system for servicing computer printing equipment based on artificial intelligence", its prototype, which will consist of two components (subsystems) operating on the basis of artificial intelligence:
- intelligent component of the printing equipment maintenance IT system;
- a smart component of the customer relationship IT system.
Machine learning algorithms will be developed that will comprehensively cover all printer maintenance processes.
The project is planned to be implemented with a partner UAB Printera . A scientific institution will be included in the scientific activities of the project.

Projekto tikslas: Padidinti UAB "Printlog" inovacinį potencialą, siekiant spartesnės verslo plėtros
Projekto veiklos:
Pasiektas Projekto vykdytojo aukštas spausdintuvų aptarnavimo vadybos lygis IT pagrindu ir turima techninė bazė sudaro prielaidas diegti dirbtinio intelekto besimokančius iš jau skaitmenizuotų procesų algoritmus.
Projekto metu bus sukurta „Dirbtiniu intelektu paremta kompiuterių spausdinimo įrenginių aptarnavimo IT sistema“, jos prototipas, kurią sudarys dirbtinio intelekto pagrindu integruotai veikiantys du komponentai (posistemės):
- išmanusis spausdinimo įrenginių aptarnavimo IT sistemos komponentas;
- išmanusis santykių su klientais IT sistemos komponentas.
Bus sukurti mašininio mokymosi algoritmai, kurie kompleksiškai apims visus spausdintuvų patarnavimo procesus.
Projektą planuojama įgyvendinti su partneriu UAB „Printera“. Projekto mokslinėje veikloje bus pasitelkiama mokslo institucija.
